How we handle the personal data you send us through the forms on analyticstown.com, what we use it for, and how you can exercise your rights.
The controller of your data is Analytics Town LLC ("Analytics Town"), with offices in Madrid (Spain), Buenos Aires (Argentina) and Fort Lauderdale, Florida (United States). ATOWNx is a brand of Analytics Town.

Only what you give us in the forms on this site:
Fields marked with * are required: without them we cannot handle your request. In addition, like any web server, our hosting provider logs technical data about each visit (IP address, browser, requested page, date and time) to keep the site running and secure.
We do not make automated decisions or build profiles with your data. We will not subscribe you to newsletters or send you marketing unrelated to your request without your express consent.
We process your data based on the consent you give by ticking the box on the form (Art. 6(1)(a) of the General Data Protection Regulation, GDPR, and Section 5 of Argentine Law 25,326), and on taking the pre-contractual steps you request, such as a demo or a proposal (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR). Technical logs are based on our legitimate interest in keeping the site secure (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
You can withdraw your consent at any time by writing to hola@analyticstown.com, without affecting the lawfulness of processing carried out before.
We do not sell or hand over your data. Only the Analytics Town team and the providers we need to run the site have access to it; they act as processors under contract:
We may also disclose data to authorities when required by law.
Because these providers are based in the United States, your data may be transferred outside the European Economic Area and Argentina. We do so with appropriate safeguards: the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework where the provider is certified, or standard contractual clauses that ensure an equivalent level of protection.
We keep the data from each request for as long as needed to handle and follow up on it and, at most, 24 months from our last contact, unless a legal obligation requires us to keep it longer. After that we delete or anonymize it.
You can exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction of processing and portability, and withdraw your consent, at any time by writing to hola@analyticstown.com. We will reply within the time limits set by law.
If you believe we did not handle your request properly, you can lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority:
Under Section 14(3) of Argentine Law 25,326, data subjects may exercise their right of access free of charge at intervals of no less than six months, unless a legitimate interest is shown. The Agencia de Acceso a la Información Pública, as the supervisory body of Law 25,326, handles complaints from anyone whose rights are affected by a breach of data protection rules.
This site does not use cookies or any tracking or advertising technology. Fonts are served from our own domain, with no calls to third-party services.
We apply reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your data: the site only works over an encrypted connection (HTTPS), and access to requests is limited to the team that handles them.
Our services are aimed at businesses. We do not knowingly collect data from minors.
If we change this policy, we will publish the new version on this page with its update date.
